I understand that the software is copyright of the author and that I have permission to download and use it. I will download, print and affix the label to the CD/DVD.

I understand that I have permission to duplicate and distribute the software, but not to sell them. I will affix a label to all copies, and will keep a record of distribution, informing InterNICHE of recipients and numbers copied.

I understand that I may adapt the software, but with clear credit to the original author and notice given to InterNICHE.

I will save these conditions for future reference.
